SEGUENDO IL CONSIGLIO ABBIAMO ASCOLTATO UNA LUNGA RISPOSTA CHE NON È MAI ENTRATA NEL MERITO DELL'INTERROGAZIONE POSTA. CI È SEMBRATA UNA PRESA D'ATTO CHE IN QUESTO CAMPO C'E' MUCH WORK TO DO, AND THAT THIS ARGUMENT WAS NOT NEVER BEEN IN THE AGENDA UNLESS THE FACTS KNOWN TO ALL.

For this purpose, in addition to the powers of L. 225/92 municipalities conferred upon it by D. Decree Law 112/98 related functions:
· implementation of forecasting and risk prevention interventions, programs and plans adopted by regional authorities.
· adoption of all measures, including those related to emergency preparedness are required to provide emergency assistance in case of catastrophic events in the communal area.
· The preparation of municipal plans and / or inter-municipal emergency

- the Prime Minister's 27.02.2004 which established the National System of Functional Centres,
supplemented by DPCM 25.02.2005,
- the Campania DPGR No 299 of 30.06.2005, which established the new
regional alert system for hydraulic and hydro-geological risk for civil protection.
As for the seismic risk is certainly considered the DGR Campania No
5447 of 07.11.2002 which implemented (with explanatory circulars later) the new classification of seismic
municipalities of the region, followed nationally OPCM No 3274 of 20.03.2003 "Getting items on the general criteria for classifying national seismic and technical standards for lecostruzioni in seismic areas" with technical annexes, which happen to other OPCM di aggiornamento (3316/03, 3333/04, 3431/05).
Proprio in virtù di un quadro normativo così ampio e variegato, ed a seguito di questi atti:

  • Deliberazione del Consiglio Comunale, in sessione starordinaria ed urgente, N. 33 del 20.09.2010 avente ad oggetto la: “ Richiesta di stato di calamità e conseguente stato di emergenzaper evento alluvionale eccezionale ed imprevedibile” a seguito of recent events on the Amalfi Coast, with catastrophic consequences and mourning for the City of Atrani, and for our community;
  • Participation of the communities in project operating within the ERDF Objective 1.5 IRAP Project Preliminary hydrogeological valleys Toscarano - S. Catherine Monte-related cleaning of the riverbed and Villamena Reginna Minor ";
