Questa è la situazione degli impianti pubblici che sulla carta sono di competenza dell’Amministrazione, (escludiamo il San Martino B, dato in concessione pluriennale alla Soc. Juventude ai tempi Città di Terracina, con un blitz politico e con un Bando sulla cui regolarità sorvoliamo per carità di patria):
- lo stadio Colavolpe: dopo la vicende e gli attriti tra Tifoseria, Pubblica Sicurezza, Prefettura ed il solito presuntuoso scamiciato che hanno portato alla sua dichiarata inagibilità per motivi di sicurezza (Piscina Comunale!) per più di un anno, alle spese per lavori di adeguamento (appaltati all’entourage del solito imprenditore/consigliere), alla sostituzione della ditta addetta alla manutenzione del verde che da anni non svolgeva quanto necessario; è attualmente non accessibile alle tifoserie ospiti (più altre limitazioni di vario genere), con previsione di tempi non ipotizzabili per sua completa riapertura e comunque non illuminato per le torri faro ormai inservibili e quindi inutilizzabili dopo il tramonto.
- Il campo Arene 167 (quello di fronte a Orizzonte), recinto di erbacce e scheletri di spogliatoi mai completati, con la ditta appaltatrice sparita, finanziamenti affogati nel calderone comunale, progetto esecutivo da rivedere per sopraggiunti nuovi vincoli costruttivi (Terracina zona sismica!) anch’esso senza luci per gli stessi motivi del Colavolpe. (E pensare che non più di 4 anni fa la Vis Terracina vinceva qui il campionato di 2a Categoria poco prima che l’assessore di turno non decidesse di farlo diventare come il Santiago Bernabeu di Madrid).
- The "Train" in which no more than a year ago were expanded locker rooms, which immediately presented problems of waterproofing and drains from sanitary facilities, iperfezioni that the first rains, causing serious problems of flooding to the 'lighting is''fantastic''has been made with the cemetery project, given the power thereof.
